The final programme has now been published. Those invited by the Panel to participate at the Examination in Public (EiP) should all have copies of the Final Programme and the Notes for Participants. The Public Notice will indicate the procedures to be followed by Non-invited Participants wishing to contribute to the Examination process and the document is available opposite to download. Following publication of the Preliminary List of Matters and Participants there was a 28 day consultation period for any comments on the Preliminary Lists to be sent in writing to the Panel Secretary at the address given below. The last day for comments to be received was Friday 9 December 2005. A First Preliminary Meeting took take place at 2.00 pm on Tuesday 13 December 2005 and the Panel explained (and answered questions about) the conduct of the EiP and clarified any points arising from the Notes for Participants. The Minutes of the Meeting are available for viewing by clicking on the Meetings and Minutes section. The Second Preliminary Meeting is scheduled to take place at 2.00 pm on Tuesday 31 January 2006 and will give further guidance on the preparation of Written Submissions and explain arrangements for the Examination and answer any questions that participants or others may have about the process. The Minutes of the Meeting will be made available on the EiP website. The EiP will commence at 10.00 on Tuesday 7 March 2006 and is expected to last for five weeks. |
